Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wisp mobile app and related services ("Wisp") provided by Kineto Soft ("we", "us"). By using Wisp, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Wisp helps you build habits. You track daily habits, keep streaks, and a small flame character grows as you keep going. Your habit data is stored on your device.

Accounts

You can use Wisp without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under it.

Wisp Pro and subscriptions

• Wisp is free to use with up to 3 habits. Wisp Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks extra features.
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the App Store and renew automatically until you cancel.
• If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wisp for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with or disrupt the service, and not to copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Your content and our content

Your habit data belongs to you. The Wisp app, name, character and design belong to Kineto Soft.

Not medical advice

Wisp is a habit tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not give medical, health or psychological advice. Talk to a professional before starting habits that may affect your health.

Termination

You may stop using Wisp and delete your data at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Wisp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kineto Soft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data lost on your device. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do. If you keep using Wisp after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
