Data we collect
- Your habits stay on your phone. Habit names, icons, schedules, check-ins, streaks and reminder times are stored on your device. We do not receive them.
- Google account (if you sign in). Signing in with Google is optional. If you do, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID. We use them to identify your account and to restore Wisp Pro on a new device.
- Purchases. Wisp Pro is sold through Google Play and the App Store. We use RevenueCat to check your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an app user ID and your purchase receipts. We never see or store your payment card details.
- Reminders. Reminder notifications are scheduled on your device. We do not use push servers for them.
- This website. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited and time) for security and to understand how the site is used. They are kept for a short time and are not used for advertising.
We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.
If a future version adds optional cloud backup, we will update this policy before that feature goes live.

International data transfers
Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), they do so under appropriate GDPR Chapter V safeguards, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
Data retention & deletion
Data on your device is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall Wisp. We keep account data for as long as your account is active.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, users in the EU/EEA have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, export ("port"), or object to the processing of their personal data. Contact info@kineto-soft.com to use any of these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Children's privacy
Wisp is not directed at children under 14. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please use Wisp only with a parent's permission.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Wisp changes. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
